West Charlotte making some noise about coming back... first up Garinger... what's Garinger got this year?

Garinger lost a good RB (who also could play QB) via transfer to North Meck. I'm not sure if the Wildcats will have much coming back this year as they lost many 2018 starters via graduation.
West Charlotte returns their QB and their leading rusher. The Lions also have some key contributors on defense back this year. I think the Lions should win handily.
