3-0 Statesville vs 1-1 West Iredell... I don’t see any competition with this game. Running clock with Statesville by 42

0-3 North Iredell vs 2-1 Lake Norman... LN by 42

0-3 North Rowan vs 1-2 Carson... This could be a good game and a hard one to decide. Tossup leaning toward Carson by 7

1-2 West Rowan vs 3-0 Davie... West Rowan needs this win but Davie seems to be having a good year. Both teams has battled out good games. But I think Davie prevails by 10.

East Rowan open

Alexander Co.  vs South Iredell... South Iredell leads this series 10-2.

2016 SI  55   AC 27

2015   SI 54  AC 27

2014  SI 50  AC 42

2013. SI 34. AC 7

2002  SI 6. AC 0

2001 SI 19. AC 0

1996. AC 30.  SI 18

1995. AC 25. SI 16

1994 SI 6. AC 0

1993 SI 24.  AC 14

1992. SI 46. AC 6

1991 SI 41. AC 6

With SI being down this year and AC playing some good ball I think this is the year for AC to win unless some strange Friday 13 comes into play.  AC by 21.

Scores for Friday’s game

Statesville 47  West Iredell 32

Lake Norman 69  North Iredell 0

Alexander Central 48.   South Iredell 7

North Rowan 45  Carson 10

West Rowan 24  Davie 21

Picks 3-2  The Davie n West Rowan are usually good matchups Good win for West Rowan.

With the North Rowan seen where some players are getting healthy and being able to play during the Carson game.

Statesville had a comfortable lead with 47 - 18 lead. With Statesville putting in the reserves West Iredell was able to score two more TDs. Statesville will need to clean up some things. But they are tough out.

No surprise with Lake Norman and Alexander Central games. Both teams are playing some good ball.
