Interesting.
Cardinal Gibbons is 5 spots ahead of Leesville even though Leesville beat them and has 2 less losses.
Pinecrest is behind Scotland even though Pinecrest just knocked off the Scots on the road.
That poll mentality is tough to break. This isn't a poll, it's a rating system. A rating system, such as this one, looks at a team's total body of work, not just how they did against that one team.
I understand it's not a poll. I would just have a hard time justifying putting a undefeated team 5 spots behind a 2-loss team, not to mention a team that they beat, on the road.
As a subjective poll, you make sense. but this is a purely objective "power" rating.

Great job Mr. Honda! When looking through "the microscope", some of the positions of these teams can be up for debate (although personally, looking though my own "microscope", no team on your list is ranked 3 positions higher or lower than what they should be), but looking through the telescope (which is how we should look at rankings), this is a tremendous list.
I have seen Leesville Road play this season, and while they are undefeated, I'd be hard pressed to rank them above 10th (which is where I personally have them). The one team that has played havoc to me this year is Davie County. In my own mind, I have Davie County ranked 23rd. I thought I was crazy having them ranked so high but I'm glad you have given me some cover.
Sorry it took me so long to respond...I spent a few days in New Jersey.
I have Cardinal Gibbons ranked at #11. The win over Wake Forest at the beginning of the season impressed me although...it was on the first week of the season. I was somewhat surprised that Leesville Road defeated Cardinal Gibbons, but it also shows me that teams do...and will improve as the season progresses.
