With the win Statesville improves to (2-0) on the season and will travel to (2-0) Alexander Central next Friday (who defeated Wilkes Central28 to 12 Friday). With the lose Lake Norman falls to (1-1) and will travel to South Iredell (who defeated West Iredell 25 to 0 Friday).
Good write up Allen. Statesville seems to make a Statement. Should be a good game next week with Statesville n Alexander Central. I feel like Statesville may well be the favor in next game with AC. Should they win don’t be surprised they run the table until the last game when they meet up with West Rowan. A lot of things can happen but if that game happens for the title, that will make some good coverage.South Iredell n Lake Norman could be a good game but South is down and don’t be surprised that LN prevails in that one.
