Here are the NPC picks for the 1st rd playoffs. 

In the 3AA... 5-6 South Iredell at 11-0 Weddington.. As much as I like to see South win this one it’s just not going to happen. Weddington 49  South Iredell 7. Look for Weddington to win the 3AA 

In the 3A... 7-4  North Buncombe at 11-0 Statesville.. Statesville 48  North Buncombe 20.

7-4  West Rowan at 7-4 Freedom... This most likely will be the better of the 3 games to watch. Hard to decide. Freedom seems to have a good offense  but defense is not as good. West Rowan has a good defense and can score I believe enough to win this game. West Rowan 34  Freedom 28
