Football Friday was highlighted by the original football – SOCCER – at Granville Central High School. The Panthers beat Roxboro Community for the second time in as many weeks. The Panther’s junior standout forward, Edilson Perez (#10) added 5 goals and an assist to bring his season totals to 14 goals and 3 assists. Central’s GK, Jose Briones (# 0) “pitched” his second consecutive shutout on Friday evening in Stem.
