Well I made my way back to Jim 'N Nicks. FINALLY some good barbecue. The first three times were the first week of opening. Their meat did not have a good Smokey flavor to it. Well, that is no longer true. The meat was smoked well and very tender. At times you'd think the meat was melting in your mouth. OK I will come back more often. I wish they had a vinegar sauce but the sweet/hot habanero sauce is not too bad. Their veggies are still the best thing they have. The potato salad was extra good tonight. Mac and Cheese, I'll pass next time.

Wife and daughter had chicken tenders buffaloed. I had a bite and they were pretty good!
