I'm always looking for a new sport

This is Sliding Rock, Pisgah Forest, North Carolina, a huge tourist and locals fun spot. This was last weekend so the water was very cold.
Some of the sliders decided to slide after they came and just went in with their long jeans on....fun can be strange
Some only went once and I think they may have changed their mind 1/2 way down.

I've been there several times, but never slid down the rock. I tried to get my boys to go down it when they were small, but they wouldn't do it.

Great shots!!! You guys amaze me how you're able to get those action shots so clear. I know it takes great camera equipment, but it takes a lot of know-how to use it.

this was a very diificult place to shoot because it was bright sun except at the bottom (where the best shots were) and then it was shade
